Returns and Exchanges

Items that are unworn, unwashed or unaltered may be returned within 14 days of original receipt.  Please give us a call at 631-331-0025 to receive a return authorization number.  Items returned WITHOUT a return authorization number on the outside of the shipping box will NOT be accepted.  There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns.  Dresses are final sale including special orders and internet orders.

Sale items are FINAL SALES and cannot be returned for echange, store credit or a refund.

Items must be returned in their original package with the original store receipt and in unworn, unused condition.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.  If your item has shipped for free, please note that if you are exchanging an item that has originally shipped for free, you will be charged our standard shipping fee when your exchange is shipped.

For exchanges and for fastest service, please call 631-331-0025.  We will need to charge you for the new item, but we will ship it the next day.  If you have already paid for initial shipping fee, we will waive the regular shipping charge.  Once we receive your return, we will credit your account the cost of the original item.

All returns sent by mail must be prepaid.  No package sent COD will be accepted.

Please insure your package before you send it.  We are not responsible for lost packages sent to us.
