Ordering Options

Most of our apparel can be placed directly into our secure online shopping cart.  Some apparel and jewelry cannot be ordered directly on line.  Please call our Customer Service Department at 877-331-0025.  If no one is available to assist you immediately, or if it is after business hours, please leave a detail message including how we can best contact you.  We will return you phone call as soon as possible.  You can also FAX us your order using the order form or send us an email.  To view our security certificate click on the logo below.

All orders will be processed Monday thru Friday within 24-48 hours of receiving the order as long as the item is in stock.  If it is backordered, we will notify you.  Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Backorders

If an item is on backorder, we will notify youwithin 24 hours of placing your order.  You can choose to wait for your orders’ availability or cancel your order.  Your credit card will NOT be charged.

Payment Options

We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.  Custom orders require a 50% deposit at the time the order is placed.  Personal checks and money orders must be received within 10 days of your order or the sale would be considered cancelled.  Personal checks must clear before your order can be shipped.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is only charged to items shipped to a New York State address.
